- Single air conditioned (based on availability): $82.00 per night per room
- Single non air conditioned: $65.00 per night per room
- Double air conditioned (based on availability): $99 per night per room
- Double non air conditioned: $82 per night per room
The Hyatt Place Boston/Medford will be offering room blocks at a discounted price for all conference participants. To make a reservation, please call the Hyatt directly at (781) 395-8500 and press 0 to speak to a local representative. Do not press the extension to be transferred to reservations or you will not be able to get the Tufts rate. Mention that you are booking for the Tufts CEEO Conference to get the discounted rate. Reservations must be made by May 5, 2016 in order to secure the conference rate.
Guests can book rooms at the following room rates from Sunday, June 5, 2016 – Thursday, June 9, 2016:

- Double Occupancy: $199
- Triple Occupancy: $199
- Quad Occupancy: $199
Although the conference will not be running any shuttles from the Hyatt Place to Tufts University, the Hyatt Place offers a complimentary shuttle that operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
